    During its activity, the company has worked on the following projects: Entire tank part /volumes from 1m3 to 2000 m3/ pipelines and metal structures /sheds and roofs/ of Company PRISTA OIL HOLDING JSC. We were assigned to repair the container park in VINPROM JSC – Ruse. We worked on equipment for treatment plants in ZHITI JSC and PCHVD JSC – Varna, tanks and installations of MEGACHIM JSC, tank park of INSA JSC – Rakovski, tank park INSA PORT JSC – Ruse, tanks and pipelines of POLISAN JSC – Ruse, replacement of pipes and repair of tanks State Agency State Reserve and War-Time Stocks – base in Polikraishte and Anton, tank farm and pipelines of OLIVA JSC – Knezha and P.Trambesh, pipelines of ORGACHIM JSC, tanks for fire extinguishing of MEGAMALL – RUSE JSC and PRAKTIKER STORE – Ruse, metal workshops of

    companies MOTO UNIVERSAL Ltd. and CHIMSNAB 7004 JSC – Ruse, and various volume tanks for petrol and various metal struktures. We have created reservoirs and pipes of stainless steel for the chemical and food industry, equipment for dairies and wineries. We provide repair and restoration of welding machine parts of aluminium and iron. The company employs qualified welders and fitters, welders are all licensed and certified according to EN 287-1 welding processes 111 and 136.141 81. The management staff has diplomas IWT issued by IIW BCQW-Bulgaria. KZU Shapkov Ltd. has its own facilities for producing blanks with 12000m2 area and covered area of 1900m2, equipped with stationary and manual machine tools for bending, cutting,drilling and welding with modern equipment to ensure high quality performance and installation and welding activities. The welding machines we have are: ESAB, FRONIUS, REM, KRAKRA. We have a TAKRAF crane with lifting capacity 13 tons, which performs external services as well.
